Here is a sample of the blinds schedule that I have used for my HORSE tournaments that seems to work well.
Some notes on the format:
     - Levels 1-8 are 15 minutes long, levels 9-end are 20 minutes long.
     - 5 or 10 minute break every hour.
     - All games are limit games.
     - Games are Hold'em, Omaha High, Razz, 7 Stud, & Omaha High/Low Eight or lower.
     - Bring In = low card showing on 3rd street for 7 stud and Razz is 'pimped' for Bring In amount.
     - Sm Bet = Pre Flop and After Flop limit/increment in Hold'em, Omaha High, & Omaha H/L.
     - Sm Bet = First two betting round limit/increment in 7 Stud & Razz.
     - Bg Bet = Turn & River limit/increment in Hold'em, Omaha High, & Omaha H/L.
     - Bg Bet = Last three betting round limit/increment in 7 Stud & Razz.
     - Ante = Dealers ante in 7 Stud & Razz.
     - Levels after level 30 repeat using level 25-29 structures.
     - No Rebuys
     - I print off a full size 'blind' schedules for each table.
     - I Provide all players with a small blind schedule (Note card size)
     - Schedule is for a shorter tournament. Buy-ins can be increased to 2000 or 2500 for longer tournaments.

The "O" stands for Omaha Hi/Lo, and the "E" stands for Stud Hi/Lo. Usually Omaha Hi is not played in H.O.R.S.E.

I realize this. We chose to go with Omaha High and Omaha High/Low for personal preferences.

The ante should be less than the bring in bet on the stud games

I stuggled with this one and still am not sure if I should 'correct' this. The reason for having the ante higher then the bring in was to even out with the games that have blinds. I have a HORSE game coming up this winter and I am going to poll the players and let them decide if we should stick with the ante's or just post blinds for all games. I am leaning towards posting blinds and then getting rid of the ante's and bring in bets all together.
