Keep in mind. WE ARE TRYING TO MEET THE 25 ORDERS PER CASINO MINIMUM FOR THE 46MM SEATING CHIPS. Those are the most difficult to meet the minimums on.

A FULL set refers to:
  • 10 x 46mm Seating Button ($8.70)
  • 1 x 107mm Plaque or Table Marker ($5.65)
  • 1 x 60mm Dealer Button ($4.00)
There are three add-on items

  • Stardust Resort and Casino (violet)
(In order to fully support this group buy we are asking that you purchase a full set of 10 seating chips per set that you order. Unfortunately this is not optional.)

SHIPPING:

______________________________________________

Domestic:

First Class - based on weight under 2 lbs. (usually less than $6)
USPS Priority – $8.95 for up to 3 Full sets
Fedex One Rate - $12.95 for 4 Full sets plus
USPS Priority Medium Flat Rate - $14.95 for 4 Full sets plus

Those of you who had a small enough order qualified for the Small Box which is very affordable. Just a note: This includes $50 indemnity insurance only. If your order goes over that amount you can purchase additional insurance.

For larger orders using the Medium Box once again it only includes indemnity insurance of $50. Since your orders will most likely be considerably more valuable I suggest you purchase additional insurance.

International:

First Class is the most affordable obviously but does not include any insurance options.

Priority USPS now conveniently includes up to $200 insurance. You are responsible for your country's taxes and carrier brokerage fees. We have no control over those costs.

1. If you are not able to choose a carrier of your choice at checkout send us an email (oldwestps@gmail.com)
2. It is up to you to ask for additional insurance or ask for an upgrade.
3. All orders receive a tracking number.
4. International tracking stops at the last U.S. waypoint. Usually there is no way to track international USPS packages.
5. International packages usually take 7-10 days to arrive but can take longer if your country's customs or postal service holds the package. After 10-14 days contact your local postal/customs office and inquire about the package.
6. Replacement of lost or damaged packages/products will be handled on a case by case basis and will depend on whether or not your package was insured.

Please contact me via email to add insurance or upgrade.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

For all international orders keep in mind that Four Full Sets will barely fit into a Small Flat Rate Box.

So it's important to understand that the weight restrictions on USPS Small Flat Rate Box shipping is 4 lbs (or 1.8 kg).

Even though you can order additional items aside from the four full sets and stay under 4 pounds does not mean that we'll be able to fit the items in the box. In fact I'll have to contact you and set up a different shipping option.

These are great not only for pre-tournament seating, but also for final table seating when a tournament consolidates to one table.

For $8.70, its a great way to handle final table seating, and better than pulling out cards A through 9, then having to count the deck again to make sure all 52 cards were returned to the deck.

That's actually a good idea, DD.

I never understood why home cash games don't have random seating.  I get it in a casino when people come and go.  But in the home game setting, you know as well as I do that people will game the table to manipulate who is on their right and left.

Yes sir. That's why I have incorporated it into my game. Initially a couple of guys thought it wasn't necessary. They've come around.
