Feel free to post photos of your own poker room, or the poker room that you hope to one day enjoy! I want this forum to be a showcase of how good (or cheesy!) a poker room can look. Feel free to also post links to and images of nifty poker room items like wall hangings or pieces of furniture.
Good luck, nutn
I'll post a photo of my poker room in the near future. I have to clean the room first. it could be a while!

Here's a link to my league's photo gallery. The room needs a lot of work (paint, new floor, good cleaning). We're working on a custom table to replace the cheap-o green table-top.

Here's a couple pics of the stereo in my room. I got the Alpine cd player out of a buddies wrecked car and mounted in a box and covered it with leather. One thing led to another: I added a rocker switch to work 2 dome lights mounted in the bottom, a BMW hood emblem, a cigarette lighter, a flip-out ashtray out of an '86 Monte Carlo, and an '04 Lexus mirror and fuzzy dice I picked up off eBay. The Bose speakers I've had since I was in college. Believe it or not, everything works.

I built them using the "Jeff Croft" instructions..it was so easy, I can't see paying someone else to do it. Total material coast was about $160/ table

Green Lantern, I love the Justice League theme for the table. Now all you need is some custom chip, each color with a different super hero logo

the paint color is "Superman Blue." On the far wall behind the tables, we're going to put up a 4 foot "S" decal

Here's a pic of some of the trophies we keep on hand. It's cheesy, but when it gets down to 2 players we make a "big production" with the pot money and a trophy...just like on TV!

At the last set of "fun" (free) tournaments the wife and I hosted at a local tavern, we had given out the eBay medallions for the winners of the previous 8 games as a qualifier to get to the final table. When these 8 players game to the final table (The wife made it, I did not) I was dressed in a bowtie, vest and green visor to deal for the table, and had a nice trophy for the winner. What didn't know was that when it came down to the final 2, I pulled out 100 $1 bills from the lock-box and spread it on the table between them like on TV. It was winner take all. Some of the other players were pissed because they didn't know there was any prize money involved, but since we host these games on our own (no affiliation with the tavern) we can do just about anything like that we want. EVERYONE freaked out (Since we usually play for free) and the game got really serious with one of the players that was already out giving the color commentary to their playing. It was a total blast, and I can't wait until we can do this at our new house that WE GET THE KEYS TO TOMORROW! CONDO LIFE IS OVER!

^ Good luck in the new house. That sounded like it was a ripper game as well. Did the winner grab a whole heap of the dollar bills and hold them up like on TV. Should have got a pic of it and posted it.

Not to be nit-picky, but Rhos is a woman, and she does a good job with her trophies. I have purchased many from her, and also other sellers on ebay. The only thing that I don't like about brassimaging is that the engraving is usually a little tacky and cheap, but the price is ok. I get 3 trophies delivered to me for $25 per set. Not a bad price, but I'm always on the lookout for a deal. I'll throw up pictures of our trophies soon.

Here's a pic of the trophy that was given to the winner of our league championship game. This championship table was the final game of our first season. I had a great time running this league, and will start the next season in the next week or two. And no... I didn't win my own trophy, I actually had a disappointing 5th place finish at the championship table.

OK, Here is my Poker/Casino room. Don't laugh. It's the first table I ever built (I have built a few better for friends since). I have been using it for about 2 years now. I am in the process of building what I call my "Ultimate Table" to replace it. I built the Blackjack table that is haning on the wall. It looked good enough to my wife she suggested this method to store it and use as a decoration at the same time. I have 3 Japanese slots and souvenirs from my various trips to Vegas, AC and such. It's a work in progress. Can't wait to get into a larger home with more room to really go nuts.

Nice job on the first table. Also, I like your gaming area. The black jack table topper on the wall is a great idea.

I bet you can I usually play the "It's my game, I get the good chair" card . Since I usullay deal, keep stats, am the TD, etc, all while trying to concentrate on playing I might as well be comfortable right . Well thats my excuse and I'm sticking with it. Mousey12 - Sorry I didn't see your question. The slots are used Japanese machines from the Ginza that they take out of service. I got one on Ebay and the others directly from the importers. It depends on the machine and what features they have but I paid $75, $150, $190 for them. If you search on Ebay or the web for slots, skill stop or Pachislo you will find them.

Here's a shot of the ELO Touch 19" Touchpanel that I use to display our Tournament Director software during tournaments along with a cool "Holdem" neon I picked up at WalMart Poker Touch Panel loaded on my Webshots Site. The "Casino Sign" I dressed up by gluing actual chips to the sign in place of some cheezy stickers.

http://www.freewebs.com/mbps/pictureslinks.htmPics there. Kinda cramped, but it works. All the random stuff on the walls is from the parents. Waiting to make a nice room when we redo the other side of our basement so there will be more room, enough for 2 tables etc.

Well we finally got our custom tables in yesterday. The cloths were printed by www.lonestarpokercloths.comAnd the table was built by www.royalgamingproducts.comI could not be happier with the purchases, and it really adds a LOT to the ambiance of our little poker room to have a custom table as the center piece.
