That kind of table talk (heads up) is ok in my book..... right up until the TD says it is NOT ok.  When he was told to not speak further he should have shut up.  The penalty accessed was correct.  Good job Jack

i agree you should listen to TD if he tells you to hush then better keepyour yapper shut...however  was Effel out of line to issue a penalty.  Later on Kassouf was told to keep quiet when his action is complete and his opponent is contemplating his action.

The tanking would be the major problem with him, it seems. The talk didn't see to break any rules at all. I'm sure the rules on talking will be altered for next year, though, to make sure that Kassouf can't exploit the rules like he did.

i can understand his talk being disruptive to other players who are trying to make a decision.  tanking and stalling are an issue....im not sure what the WSOP can do about unless they deem he is doing it intentionally to tilt the table

I remember watching one episode. Kassouf's opponent holds Aces and raises him big, big enough that his only options are to fold or shove ... with his Kings. He went into his routine and eventually asked his opponent, "What do you want me to do?"

As I watched, all I could think of was that, if I was the opponent, I would have answered, "What do I want you to do? I want you to SHUT THE HELL UP!!!"

Only issue I've seen is that a lot of the commentary is only taking that one hand into account and ignoring the fact that he acted that way on every hand all tournament.
