Added new spambot protection

I added a new script to the forums that traps spambots trying to post spam or harvest email addresses.

There is a slight chance that this new script will trap the occasional human being - you will be redirected to a warning page and asked a couple easy math questions before you are allowed to proceed. 99% of our members will never see this new warning page, unless you are a spammer, or unless you are unfortunate enough to share an ip address with a known spammer.

Please let me know if you encounter any difficulties with this new anti-spam measure.
