bluffing image ?

In my group of players I have an image of someone who bluffs a lot. 

Is that a good image to have?  If not, any suggestions on how to get rid of that image?

The only bad thing about an image is not using it enough. If you are seen as always bluffing then make sure that you get paid every dollar you can when you have the goods.

It is a fine image to have, as long as you can change gears.

There's nothing wrong with having a table image. That is, as long as you know what that image is, which you do.

The more important question here is, do THEY know that YOU know that THEY know you have an image of Sir Bluffs-a-lot?

If they do NOT, then this is where you use that to your advantage. Like stated above, make your bets when you have a good hand the same as your bets when you are bluffing.

Being aware of how people percieve you and your playing style is a very important aspect of the game if you want to be profitable. Anyone can play the two cards in front of them, but it's the better players who ALSO play the people in front of them.

Having a bluffy image can be great.  Just make sure that if you try to run bluffs (and you should), that you make them in small pots and build the big pots for the big hands.
