BUYER BEWARE BBO POKER TABLES

Ordered a Rockwell with 10 chairs, dining top and shuffler. If anyone is considering purchasing a poker table from BBO, don't! We purchased and have regretted it since the day it arrived. The order arrived damaged, we refused what we saw, and called BBO about concealed damage. We immediately requested a refund and they denied us. We had to file a dispute with our credit card company and hired a lawyer. The table and chairs currently sit in our home taking up space for 2 months, BBO said they wouldn't allow a refund and refused to send waybill information. Even though we requested a refund the same day delivered, their policy states 30 days. Do not believe this they won't honor their own policy. The tables are NOT CUSTOM, they are cheap veneer and imported from China. They are cheaply made and it shows. The tables are not as described either, the playing area is very small (felt). So don't assume it will look or feel like a casino table. Measurements are given deceptively. Customer service is terrible, they told us they would take care of everything then by the end of day they said we were liable for damaged table. Even after we sent pics of shipment damaged, and wrote on the delievery receipt, "BOXES DAMAGED MUST INSPECT". VERY BIG DISAPPOINTMENT, we are currently involved in our credit card process to resolve this, and have retained a lawyer to expedite this matter. Do yourself a favor stay clear, you have been warned. Go with XXXXXXXXXXXX. They don't ship 600 pounds of cheap wood in cardboard boxes.

I'm okay with the feedback about the reseller for the most part.  I'm not okay with a blatant referral to a different website in the last line.

Hmm.  Usually when an order arrives damaged, your complaint is with the *shipping company*, not the sender.

I wouldn't give a refund either, because now I'm stuck with broken crap.
