Played at Motor City Casino today. Chips were on a roller coaster ride for the most part.
Its about 6 (I'm leaving at 7) I'm in the BB with 4/6 hearts. 7 of the 8 players limp in ( this was common). I toss my chips in the middle and see a free flop.
Flop comes 3c/7c/5d. Wow.......nice hand........
I check. A dude that has been at the table since it opened (and I had labeled as solid, but predictable) bet 25 bucks. A new guy in late position (had played 90 minutes, folded all but two hands, both times showed pocket aces and Queens) shoved for 117. Huh..........I put him on a set, the other guy on a draw, probably a flush draw. He has me covered (I have 197). I do a club check, tank for about 1 minute and just call. The reason I just call is I'm afraid if I push, then the initial better will fold. I want his money to. It worked out. He just called.
My remaining 85 is is going in on the turn no matter what it is. The turn is garbage, I push, he calls. Nobody rolls their cards over.
River is a K. As soon as the K hits the board, the all in dude flips his cards over, says two pair and starts to rake in the pot. I flip mine, announce "I've got the nuts"............(dumbass shoved with 117 with a pair of 7's and a K Kicker, hmmmmmmmmm).
Other dude mucks, says he was on a flush draw and a straight draw. I win something around a 570 pot.

I bought in for 200, was stuck for 350 at one point. Cashed out at 525 for a profit, and played at a fun table.
