And yes, Wedge, The SB call to my raise on the flop definitely made me slow down. But it was the smooth call on the turn that really made me slam on the brakes.
I don't really see why the flop call would make you slow down at all. You have a huge hand and he likely has a flush or the Ace of spades and a pair or a set or any number of things other than the nut flush.
I kinda figured that the SB checking the river was to induce a bet out of me but at that point, with the info that I gathered, I was happy to take what was in the pot already.
Not saying a bet on the end would be good (although I think it would have been), but not betting because you're happy to take what's already in the pot doesn't make a lot of sense to me (no offense or anything; just giving an honest opinion.)
