Has anyone had any issues with deposits at P* - a friend of mine called me tonight - he was going to get back on P* and play but when he tried to deposit funds using the echeck option it told him it was unavailable in our state - I checked when I got home and it told me the same thing - we have deposited before (obviously) and not had issues?

Can't help you with echecks. I just sent a money order for deposit. It works as long as it is an international MO. It takes longer but I know it works so I use it.

I sent it at the post office. I'll update here when Stars contacts me to let me know the funds are available. |

I know several months ago I had the same issue with both P* and FT. Then out of the blue I was able to deposit with echeck. My theory is the echeck company suddenly decides or is forced to stop doing business with these sites so that deposit option goes away until the process is set up with a new company.

I just want to go back to the days when the big fish could come home on a Friday night drunk and use his credit card to put $600 in and then gamble it up. Now you have to really want to deposit and find ways to jump through all kinds of hoops to get money in. |

I just got an email from Stars that they received the money order and it has been credited to my account. I stopped at the post office Mon after work - about 3:00 Eastern. Pretty quick turn around if you ask me. |

Awesome turnaround IMO. I was able to deposit before this year, I wonder if its each individual state that is setting rules or maybe if its blocked from the US starting 2011.

I wasn't playing in the hay day of poker, and the games are definitly way tougher then the 04 or even 09 day's, but the games are still very juicy, certaily 25nl which is what I'm frequenting mostly atm seems to be very fish heavy, and regs are starting to move back up again, so perhaps the doom day's of where every reg was moving down 1 or more levels has ended. |

The games will never be awesome until the total fish (like me) can get money on very easily. Back in the day you could deposit at 9:00 PM on a Saturday night via PayPal, win $50 and cash the entire thing right back to PayPal and the money would appear immediately.
Now you have to jump through 10 hoops to get your money online and then hope that it will actually be able to get back to you if you win.
