Home game issue on P-stars

is anyone else on here having trouble getting the PT3 hud to work on the home games on stars?

It's not working for me either, but apparently also isn't working for HEM users. I'm going to email pokerstars now. I'm pretty much guaranteeing a 'its PT3's fault' response, but I'm going to give it a shot anyway.

Note: I emailed Stars. I also checked and the hands are being saved, and are also being moved to the processed folder like any other table would. However, nobody that i've played with at the home game tables is in my PT3 database and none of the hands i've played there are either.

Home Games (both cash tables and tournaments) hand histories are slightly different to the hand histories copied down during Main Lobby (standard) games. For this reason the third party tool you are using may be not compatible with Home Games hand histories.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide support for third party tools as we are not responsible for their development. Please contact the software developers directly to request them to provide you an updated version compatible with Home Games.

Another note....I posted on the PT3 forums about this, and they said that in their next update which is supposed to be released 'soon' there is a fix for this issue.

That's like calling Chevrolet to complain your Pioneer car stereo isn't working. You should be calling Pioneer.

Yea....really what I was looking for was some sort of possible explanation...like then home game tables save the files in a different format...something like that.
