Hand was vs. a relative unknown, early in my session and I've only played a few hands vs. opponent.
I'm wondering if I should of slowed down on the river, but at the same time I feel like I really had no way of knowing I was beat...

I don't think so.  CO shows up here w/ some kind of J, maybe 1010, 99 enough times to probably justify stacking off on the river.  There is just nothing scary to me about that board for QQ.

Terribly played by the CO BTW.

I don't think it was overplayed. The chances that you are actually beat with someone taking that line are pretty small in a .01/.02 game. I think you could have check/called the River since a missed draw might fire from position but couldn't call your bet.

Pretty standard all the way around.  If I'm him, I'd likely raise, but people do sometimes slow play, its part of poker.

I really don't see anyway I'm checking your hand on the river.

This was my thought....I really thought he was going to show me KJ or AJ, maybe even 1010. Like you said, I don't understand how he doesn't raise at any point here...

I can see your point, but this is one of those spots where if you've slowplayed his hand to such an extreme, raising the turn or river really isn't the line you're going to take.  He's kept this pot small, and he was just playing scared on the end.  It's not the best way to do it, probably, but it's not that ridiculous.

You played it fine. Him just calling is somewhat peculiar. Possibly he was multitabling and was more engrossed in another hand. Maybe he was scared you had jacks?

Also, regarding this villains AA play...despite being the best pair, raising on the river with only 1 pair is usually a move reserved for rookies and geniuses.

He was only on one table...but that was my initial thought. I've been playing 12 tables and I know what it's like to occasionally misplay a hand because of playing too many tables.

This is also true.
