My favorite is the guy doing the "no look pack." I know labor is cheap when you have such a large workforce but still seems like automated packing would still have to be more efficient.

Machines require electricity, and expensive techs to repair and maintain.  One of these folks has a cold, someone else fills right in, and production keeps right on going . . . also, if you idle all those people, their minds might turn to thoughts of freedom and liberty, and we cannot have that now, can we?
