I decided to have a go at the Omaha/8b $1500 tournament next year. I'm gonna be setting about $300 aside each month. $3600 should cover the travel expenses from Holland to Vegas and the stay at the Rio. If any of you happen to be in the area, you can recognize me by my t-shirt. It'll say "Another idiot from Northern Europe".  |

Well, the trip has been booked and paid for, so I'm definitely going . I'll be in Vegas from May 31 until June 14, and then on to Port Huron, MI until June 25. Plan is to play at least the $1,500 Omaha 8/B on June 1, and if at all possibe (or if I manage to cash, which in all honesty isn't very likely  ) the $1,500 NLHE 6 Handed on June 6 and the $1,500 HORSE on June 10. |

There's a casino right across the river from PH in Canada...
Or you could head down Detroit way (an hour? 90 minutes?) for a session at one of the three down here.
