Copag Direct Rocks

Hey all

If you ever want to purchase copag playing cards, you have to go through copag direct.  I have had such great customer service with them in my last 4 purchases that I could not spend my money with any other card company.  First off, the cards are great quality.  Secondly, I get my purchase in less than 1 week. 

Here is an example of their customer service.  I bought 2 sets (4 decks) of cards way back in march.  In that order, I bought 4 cut cards, 2 red and 2 blue.  Well, we used these decks in a recent game for the first time 2 weeks ago.  We found that we could see the bottom card of the deck when using the red cut cards.  I asked copag direct customer service if an exchange could be allowed.  They responded by sending me 2 red cut cards of way better quality for free.  They did not make me send back the 2 defective cut cards.  The cut cards were received in 2 days.  Amazing!!!

As in seeing through the cut card? Or was the cut card too small dimensionally so that it didn't cover the entire face of the bottom card?

the cut card fit the deck perfectly.  You could see what the bottom card was even through the cut card, especially the black cards.  I will just trash the old red cut cards unless someone wants them.
