Ok, here's the first big hand I played.
I was up from my $200 buy in to a stack of about $390, give or take a few bucks. I was in the cut-off (as much as I hate lingo) and 4 people limped for $3, and I limped with

.The lady OTB raised to $12. She is a regular, I've seen her play several times, and she had about $500 in front of her. Other stacks ranged from $80 to $200
3 people and I call the $12, the pot is about $60.
Flop:

I'm not nuts about gutshots on paired boards, but a guy in MP bet a whopping $10 into the pot. I called the $10 hoping for no raise, but the button raised to $35, which was still a tiny raise. I immediately put her on a pair of Queens or Kings. The MP bettor folded, and I decided that if I hit a 10, I was ok...I took a minute and called. However, I called with the sole intention of check/raising the turn to represent a seven as long as a Q or K doesnt hit the turn. Pot is $130, heads up.
Turn:

What a great card for me, I thought. Not only will the 7 slow her down, but this ace might actually make her check the turn and give me a free card. I took about 20 seconds to check, and she bet out $50. I take another few seconds and raise to $125. To me, this raise screamed, "I have a 7", but maybe not. She tanked for a while and finally called.
River:

My only thought here was, she has to have been thinking I was bluffing. I had $189 her and just moved it all in, and it took her a minute or two, but she called. I win a big ol' pot.
Thoughts? Flame away.
EDIT: She showed AJ for top two pair, and in my opinion, she played it bad on every street.
