How about going to sleep a lot later and waking up after noon?
This is what I do. I also think a light workout before your session can be great. Also, eat some good energy/brain good during your session. Just little things. Yogurt, nuts, fruit, carrot sticks, etc.
Save the caffeine, soda, coffee, etc for late in the night when you are at a couple FTs!!
yeah my sleeping patern is off set like this, I still don't have much of a routine tho, generally wake up and play until my volume target is reached. Its what comes after is pretty hard tho, too tired for much of anything afterwards, but naps at this point seem to just kill half my day.
