Portable neoprene playing surface review

I'm not even 100% sure this is the right forum to post this in since the product I am reviewing isn't exactly a table building material, but I'll post a link here anyway.

Over on Chiptalk.net I reviewed a custom neoprene playing surface solution that fits over my existing table.  I really like how it turned out.  For folks who are thinking about building a table but don't have the time, space or resources, something like this might be the perfect stop gap solution.

add some 1.5" pipe insulation around the edge of the table and you really have something!... YOu have to buy a whole box
@ Home depot but if you can split it with someone.....

One of the local bar leagues does it and it works great!

actually I've thought about building a removable rail... saw something like this on scott keens forum.  The problem would be that the rail wouldn't be portable or as easy to store away as the padded surface is alone.
