Taken from the USPC website under "Company History":

2004

- USPC acquires KEM, Pisano Dice and Gamblers General Store & Poker Chips
- USPC becomes subsidiary of Jarden Corporation
- USPC entered into a licensing agreement with Encore expanding the Hoyle® brand into the PC software category.
