Hi Murray
Yeah we can always look at bigger but it ramps up the cost to you. Let me tell you the process and hopefully you can appreciate the workmanship;
1) Idea is digitally drawn with a layered (3D) perspective in mind.
2) Once approved we make a small sculpt to gauge how it will look
3) Once we polish up the sculpt it's sent away for spin casting
4) First solid cast is made which we call a Briquette (3 made). We often raffle these or use in competitions.
5) Next we decide the Plating options
6) we cast on 1000 then moulds are destroyed
Hopefully you can appreciate the effort.
As I work in online poker I was privvy to alot of poker players. They did comment that the Dealer Buttons used in Casinos are sometimes to big and clumbersome. If a snazzy button was created which caught poler players eyes a smaller one would be prefered.
Still your comments are noted and maybe we will do bigger?
