Playing surface cloth and design

Hey people!
Keiran here from Vancouver.
I'm making a poker table with the intention of selling it. I've made a few before and have used several materials for the surface.
Started with this material we had lying around the house that was supposedly came from a pool table, it was pretty good cards slid well but it was worn. Tried felt from a fabric store, peeled horribly after a few minutes. Tried velveteen from a fabric store it was ok. Then lastly I tried the suited speed fabric which was pretty awesome beside it's inauthentic feel.

The main goal is to get material that will last, cards will slide well on and the I can put a design on.
Any thoughts?
I also haven't decided on how to put the design on... it needs to look good and last as I will be selling this.

They have suited speed cloth, and now unsuited speed cloth, which isn't quite as good but I believe it can be dye-sub'd. For ideas on dye-sublimation, look at http://www.ryeparkpoker.com

I live in BC too, and I found nowhere local that beats the quality nor price of YAT.
