First off, lets remember that I suck at poker........

I hate the Pre Flop call. This gives you ZERO information. You have to know that with you calling with A/Q, the BB is calling, and the limper is going to call. Your obviously not folding, I would definitely raise. I'm making it between 130-160. Betting about half the pot on this flop. If I get called or raised I'm probably losing some money

  I think this is one of those situations that could be either a call or a re-raise, both for legitimate reasons.
   Re-Raise for the reasons such as DD mentioned.
 Call because:
 It's already been raised.
 You are in the most out, of out of positions.
 Based on the blinds, it is very early, most likley 1st level of the tourn, & theres no reason to be risking a large amount of your stack reraising preflop OOP w/ AQ yet ....
 You have no info yet on the other players habits ..
  As far as the river bet, which is less than 1/2 pot, I'm suspicious but it's probably the max I would call, & I'd call there if I was put 'in the chair' at that moment of the hand..
  He could be on a busted flush draw or some underpair to your Aces.. But it's just as likley if not more, that he hit 2 pair +, or is holding A/K.
A/10, A/9 , A/6 suited,  9-10 suited, pocket 6's, all have you beat & are more or less consistant w/ villian's play so far ..
