WTF!
$16 buy in at Pokerstars.  Down to 4 handed - Paying 3 spots - I am second in chips and in BB.

UTG (chip leader by about 400) min raises to 2X BB - I decide to only call with  to set mine - since I am in good shape chip wise.  Figure if I hit my set I can stack him and if not I get out cheap.

Flop comes  .... I bet about 1/2 the pot - he RR me - I go all in ..... he shows  .... turn is  ....and yep you guessed it ... river is the  ....

That is PRETTY FREAKING SICK!

It can only happen on pokerstars i see always runner runner on that site and seem like monster flops all the time
I play on UB sure suckouts happen but i can say on that site i have no problem calling down to the river with ace high
i can say I've never done that on pokerstars

Then he shows AA!!!

Damn!!!

Got second place, since he had about 1500 chips advantage before the hand!

I'm the BB.

MP raises 2xBB, LP shoves for 25xBB.
I wake up with AA . . . yay me. 

I shove with double the LP's stack, praying that the MP calls, because I want to double up, plus a bit.

MP calls, and has 99.  LP has QQ, and the flop comes . . .

9 6 Q . . . of course there was no help on the turn or river . . .

Thats poker!!!!!!!!! How come it always seem to be everyone else sucking out yet when i get caught out doing somthing silly no help at all on the turn or river!!!

5 minutes ago:

2nd level of T10,000, blinds 50-100  im BB at a full table.  1 early limper, MP raises to 350, button calls, SB calls, i look down at: 
i know limper will call, he is a loose cannon who will play almost anything.  so, 5 to the flop.

 

SB checks, i check, EP checks, MP bets 600.  button folds, SB raises to 1200.  i know SB is aggressive and likes to steal pots, but almost always reraises pocket pairs, so i put him on a king.  i make it 4200 to go, and with my TAG rep i figure i will steal it.  EP tanks, then calls, all others fold.  heads up to turn

 

iive seen enough cards, so i shove my last 4800 in.  EP tanks again, finally calling, with about 4k left in his stack and shows: 

now can u guess what came on the river?
