I have experience building a table, I built one 84"x42" and sold it. I am now looking to build a table like this http://www.junell.cc/pokertable/14finishedproduct.htm with a raceway and all. For my last table I used Joann's high density foam but after a while seams were seen through the vinyl because I have to connect pieces of it for the rail. Also it didn't really rebound that well, after a few games impressions could be seen on the rail were players leaned on the rail. So, I need to buy some good foam in a full piece so there will be no seems. It has also to be able to rebound quickly. I live in CT, does anyone know if there are any local stores that sell these pieces of foam? I saw the foam that is on ebay and in the yourautotrim store but I do not want to pay shipping. My new table will be full size 8 feet x 4 feet.

on YAT, is it worth paying the extra $16 for the 65lb HD foam or is there really a big difference between it and the 50lb foam firmness wise and the ability to rebound fast?
