First, thanks to all of you for not only being good customers, but also great friends. Although our business continues to grow quickly, this year has been a challenging one personally. As some of you know, my wife nearly died last December and my father was seriously injured in a car acccident in April. I'm not sure what's going on - I hadn't spent the night in a hospital since I was 2 and I recently had surgery/H1N1/serious drug allergy in quick succession. And our munchkin broke her arm to boot. Hmmm. But we're alive, together, and grateful for the kind e-mails that we've received from you and more importantly happy to see this great community continue to thrive.

The reality is that Black Friday is becoming more relevant to online sales and we were mobbed this week. Our warehouse elves were a bit grumpy yesterday. We get a fair number of e-mails asking what's new in the marketplace. As you know, we never buy from "distributors" and we've worked hard to develop good relationships with the premium card manufacturers that supply us. We know there is a fair amount of change in the air, but we can't tell you about it yet. We're still considering re-releasing the Elements line under a new brand. And there are some beautiful new Copag bridge-size cards on the way. Our Dal Negro X-Ray Index cards are doing very well

I'm wanting to pick up a deck of the X-rays but,  if when I peek at my cards I am looking the upper left pip it doesn't really help me much unless I peek at the upper right pip.  Am I right?  These are killer looking cards and would be my first trial of Dal Negro so I was just checking.  Damn they are nice looking!

There is a tradeoff with any "peek" style card. In this case, asymmetry vs. a larger mini index and the familiarity of the normal jumbo index position. But folks quickly learn to flip up the "right" corner. AF
