Shoutbox & Chat

I installed a 'Shoutbox' at the top of the main forum page.
I installed a 'Chat' page here ... http://forums.homepokertourney.com/chat/index.php.

I will test these new features for a day or two before I modify the colors and location on the page. I will also have to insert a new icon at the top of the page to allow members to easily access the chat feature.

The chat feature will probably stay but I am not sure about the Shoutbox - we will see if the members like it or not.
