Fallsview Casino, Naigara...awful!

I hoped to play for a couple of hours over our vacation last weekend and dropped into the Fallsview.   Out of about 20 tables, only had 4 dealers and there were at least 20 names on each waiting list.  Smallest game was 2/5 NL.  I wasn't going to wait a couple of hours to play so I decided to try the Blackjack tables...$25/hand  was the smallest table going.  I guess if you have money and time to burn, this is the place for you.   Otherwise stay away!

yeah feels like my local....if you dont get your name down at 6pm for a 8.30pm table to open....then your there until midnight to wait for a spot.

should go check out the falls would be my recommendation.....

Casino Niagara usually has more tables open, and 1/2 NL games.  Plus you can call in advance and reserve a seat so there's no waiting.  It's not as nice as Fallsview, but more reasonable to play.

I've never been to this Casino but i've never heard good things about it,  Anyone who's been there has always told me the minimums are very high. 

Best poker room for a casino i've playing in is Rama in Orillia, mind you the chips are same chips they've been using since the casino opened (read nasty) and theres ridiculous stuff that goes on their like people getting kicked out for refusing to put their shoes back on when at the table or players who lose $300 in a pot to me who decide to use their chips like ninja stars but it just makes it a bit more interesting. 

I'm not sure why its so expensive their,  but yeah $25 a hand in blackjack min.  thats $100 gone in less than 5 minutes typically ick.

Fallsview does the same thing Rama does, as far as table games.  When the place is crowded, the min. stakes go up.  Anytime after about 2:00 p.m. on a Friday, and most evenings the stakes are around $25.00 a go.  They do it because the gov't monopoly allows them to.  Casino Niagara is marginally batter than Fallsview but, generally speaking, Ontario casinos blow donkey balls.
