I think we need a little more info here..unless you are putting the cupholders IN the rail, which I doubt...
I personally like a 4" rail for tables with cup holders and 5" rail for tables without
Your rail can be any size width you want.

First thing is you dont buy it from there. Go to yourautotrim.com get the foam in a full sheet. It will cover the rail no matter how wide you decide to make it, and you will not have any seams that show under the vinyl. Trust me on this one.

First off, I'd be very cautious about ordering from that particular vendor. He's been banned here and at several other of the major home poker forums for harassing members, and has been known to rip people off. Alternatively, I'd recommend http://www.yourautotrim.com/ or http://texaspokersupply.com/onlinestore/ Do a search for PSLTD and see for yourself. Second, if you're putting cups in the rail, especially jumbos, you'll need around a 6" wide rail. If the cups aren't going in the rail, then do whatever size you'd like. 4" is typically the minimum.

I'll put in another good word for YAT. Great service, fast shipping, great pricing. Buy the whole sheet and you have the middle left for beefing up the padding on the chairs at the table or wrapping the rail on the matching bar.
For the record, I use a 5" rail regardless of whether or not there is a racetrack or cupholders.

Agreed.
YAT is probably the best source for all the foam and felt/speedcloth you'll need...and they ship quick too
Ordered from them a few times now, as recent as last week and it's always been trouble free

i did finally go to the link and it appears that it is solid also and would not have seams either. Just FYI.

HomePokerTourney recommends that you stay away from PSL. He has a negative Better Business Bureau report and has had numerous negative interactions with several of our members and members at Scott Keen's forum. NEVER give him your phone number.
Check out Scott Keen's Table Talk forum to listen to some 'scary' messages that Lynn has left for customers.
Good luck, nutn

Thanks guys. I was originally planning to do a cup in rail design, but I think that will be the plan for my second table. Right now I'm doing a similar table to Junell's and the one from pokertablebuilder.com . Thanks again.
Oh and yea that guy sounded a little sketchy. He sent me a message to order from his new site. Must of had a real bad rep on his old one.

you conveniently forgot to mention that eBay changed their feedback system recently. iirc, they erased all negative prior to a certain date. therefore, it's possible for scumbags to magically have 100% feedback again. yay.

Feedback Changes The eBay Feedback system was designed to provide a simple, honest, accurate record of member experiences. Focusing on customer service includes doing everything we can to grow customer confidence in our sellers. * Buyers will only be able to receive positive Feedback. * Positive repeat customer Feedback will count (up to 1 Feedback from the same buyer per week.) * Feedback more than 12-months old won't count towards your Feedback percentage. * When a buyer doesn't respond to the Unpaid Item (UPI) process the negative or neutral Feedback they have left for that transaction will be removed. * When a member is suspended, all their negative and neutral Feedback will be removed. * Buyers must wait 3 days before leaving negative or neutral Feedback for sellers with an established track record, to encourage communication. * All Feedback must be left within 60 days (compared to 90 days today) of listing end to encourage timely Feedback and discourage abuse. * Buyers will be held more accountable when sellers report an unpaid item or commit other policy violations. linksatisfied?

are you a PSL shill or something? No shill, just the real thing: You didn't even need to do a search, he came out of the woodwork all on his own. This is the kind of fun you'll have to deal with if you order from this guy.

Im not sure the point of the last post Did you have something more to contribute to the original subject about "rail foam" or was your self admitted 2nd post with your correction about you realizing that your 1st post was incinuating that the rail foam in question was made out of multiple pieces when in fact it was made out of one piece. What more do you have to constructivly add to this conversation other than the fact that you seem to have an issue with staying "on topic"? All your doing is just trying to egg on more non-sense, If you want to know the point of something ask your wife! Some people just have waaaaaaaaay to much free time on there hands! AKA " Get a Job" or "Get a Life"
