Calling the low

I am simply amazed at how many supposedly "experience" O8b players can't call a low correctly.

Board has A-4-6-8.

I turn over 3-5.  Opponent turns over A-2.

Dealer tries to push opponent the pot.  I protest.  Most of table agrees with dealer.  I explain "he's playing 8-high.  I'm playing 7-high!!!". Players say "he's got A-2!"

However, I should complain because if everyone got it right I'd probably win less money.

To help better understand, you should post the 5th board card and the other 2 hole cards for both players.

I was in a horse tourney (not in the hand) both players the dealer and the TD got a hand wrong in Razz because the correct  winner had 2 pair.  I had to get out of my seat and ask the TD to explain it to me how a 10 low lost to a jack low before he reconstituted the pot. 

In all fairness it was the first horse tourney the house ever ran now they do it once a month and have it down a little
