Problem with a recent order

Recently I ordered a box of Dal Negro Wide JI in the green box (model #068498).  The green deck was fine but the brown deck had a very noticeable crease to all of the cards on the left side when I unwrapped the plastic.  As a result, the deck has a "fluffy" feel to it and stands many mm higher than the green deck.  I enclosed a couple of pictures to show you what I mean.  Would I be able to get a replacement deck of any sort?

In the second picture, (cards fanned) you can see how much they stick up on the creased side.

I am sorry to hear that your cards came to you damaged.   

My best recommendation is to contact the company that you ordered these cards from and ask for an exchange.  Hopefully they will not give you any problems.

Did you email Alex at Trident? They are a topnotch company. I have ordered several times from them and occasionally there were small problems. They always immediately fix the problem, always!!!

Trident is an awesome vendor and very dependable to fix any problems.  I think I would have emailed them first rather than start a thread.  But that's just me.
