I'm excited, I just placed an order for these two set's of cards.

Copag Mandela's and Peace cards. I like unique back designs. Opinions on them?

I wanted to order the Copag Mandela's last year, but the place running the good price for two sets deal (cogagcards? maybe) was out of stock on them.  So I went with something else that I didn't like as much.

Are you getting bridge or poker?

I just love the Epoc and Centennial cards from Copag. If I had to choose my favourite from all the remaining Copag cards, it would be either these Amazonas:

or these Casino Style:

I love those Amazonas; they're absolutely beautiful cards, but when we want to use two decks, I was afraid the Amazonas would not offer the instant constrast to tell you you've got a wrong card in the other deck.  Madelas seem better for that.

The only minor problem with the Epocs is exactly that - the backs are VERY similar. Other than that, they're fantastic.

Man, I had a setup of the 'Four Suits' which is hard to tell one deck from the other.  Swapped one deck to a buddy who had a similar concern with his Indians, so we both now have mis-matched, but highly contrasting set-ups.  Win-win.

I've always wanted the EPOC's, but the similar backs concerned me.

My group refuses to play with my EPOC's because they apparently can't adjust to the fantastic designs!!  Or maybe they are just stoopid ... or I am just bitter ...  Angry

LMAO (jk)

I actually have bunch of cards that they won't play with because they are too different. Of course that's why I bought them. My girlfriend and I will use them heads up so I have an excuse to pull them out and look at them.

Nothing better than dark JI on white background if you ask me. Even 4-pips are too busy.

I have some poker-size 1546s, and, quite frankly, I don't like these cards. The cards feel too thin and flimsy for me, like a cheap deck of Royal cards, and I find the cards ugly.  I don't like the back design; the ink on the faces is too pale and the design of the face cards is unattractive.

Is there anyone here who doesn't like the 1546s who likes other Copags?

You are the perfect customer for Modiano.  The cards are 10% thicker and the ink is brighter.
