OK, guys, I'm going to share with you some of my deepest, darkest fantasies: - 2-pip standard index Modiano Elements cards
- A QA procedure so that only Kem cards with no marks on them whatsoever leave USPC's factory
- Kem arrow back cards available in Green and Purple (make it a two-deck setup, like the Blue/Red and Black/Gold setups)
- Cara Gail's single deck red flip-up plastic case sized for Kem and Modiano cards
- Desjgn cards in stock at Trident Cards and/or Cara Gails
- Poker sized standard index Desjgn cards using normal pip placement
- Dal Negro acetate cards that do not shatter
Anyone else have any fantasies they would like to share? |

That fantasy is pleasant...up until the point she starts demanding that I buy her a 5-caret diamond ring RIGHT NOW and screams at me for two hours for looking at another girl when we go to the mall together. (I'm not saying Shana Hiatt is like that, but if my experience with pretty girls is a guide, I wouldn't be surprised) I think I'll stick to fantasizing about those perfect Kems that the USPC will start making one of these years. |

Hmm u really don't wanna know.....
gotta agree with you about KEMs though I haven't had any problems with them...I just want them to be a bit cheaper and more available in the UK
Also card guards...I need someone to design the ultimate card guard for me...if I knew what it was I'd design it for myself
If none of trhat happens then I suppose I'd have to make do with Raven Riley living next door and having a thing for ugly poker players!! hell yeah!

Hmmm...how about putting each deck in its own box? What I do is buy some cheap plastic Bicycles, give the actual deck away, and use the box for storing my Kems. Cara Gails makes a box that's good for Copags and Dal Negros. And completely off topic (feel free to flame me, ban me, or lock this thread): My taste is for Latinas; R.R. looks kinda Latina, which I like. Something about living in Mexico makes me really like the Latinas. |

Another thing I just remembered: The USPC, a couple of years ago, made a low-cost version of the Kems called "Hoyle 100% plastic" or some such, made out of the same plastic (Cellulose acetate) as the Kems. They don't seem to be making those any more, but some people still have these cards in stock; one guy on Ebay is selling four decks for about $10 (more with shipping, but still a lot less than Kem cards). They had a different feel than the Kem cards (thicker and smoother), but people seemed to like them. It's sad that USPC stopped making these cards; it was nice to have a low-cost Kem around. - Sam |

I am walking across the deck of a 41 foot sailboat in the South Seas. I have just emerged from the scullery where I finished cleaning up the dishes from a tasty sunset dinner. All the sheets are stowed and it is time for smoke. I sit at the stern and light up and uncap a precious (at sea) bottle of ale. My wife who had been sitting enjoying the last remnants of light as i tended to the dishes, decides to slip into the south pacific for a moonlight swim. As I sit smoking the distant clouds that had provided for the spectacular sunset earlier, now crackle with distant lightning and I wait for the thunder to drift across the water as my wife comes up the ladder from the sea.
