Big Blind Online was initially a project started by two friends in late 2005, but transformed into a company built on a foundation of family and great customers. From our modest beginnings of selling poker chips at flea markets, trying to break into the industry, we have evolved steadily into the largest poker warehouse in Northern California, occupying 6,000sq ft in the Bay Area.

From the beginning, we noticed something startling about the poker industry - there are no mid-level poker tables! You can either buy a cheap import, or you have to step up to a $2,000 poker table. Where were the tables for the enthusiasts and weekend warriors? Where were the tables that you could be proud to show off to your friends and not have to spend a weekend pulling vinyl, or put up a down payment for a new motorcycle? So in late 2006, we emptied the bank and dove head first into custom manufacturing. Taking a page from successful companies such as Nike and Nokia , we put our focus into two aspects that we were not willing to compromise on:

1. Aggressive price points for our tables
2. Quality that we could stand behind

In November, 2006 Big Blind Online's "Gen II Custom Professional" poker table line was introduced to the Bay Area. We brought to the table a product that was better than the competition at a price lower than the competition, which is where Big Blind Online is different from many other retailers. We control our own products, from inception to production to quality control, which is why our customers stand behind our products and company. Since our introduction of the Gen II in 2006, we have introduced 4 addition table styles, all manufactured exclusively for Big Blind Online.
