Does this include where to pass out after drinking your weight in liquor while playing poker in Vegas?
Nice idea, thanks.

Great resource Nutn. I am planning my first trip out there and this will make things much easier.
Just to nitpick - Your first paragraph mentions "fee" alcohol. Do I have to pay for it?

Taxis, buses and the monorail I never rent a car in Las Vegas since I am usually drunk within hours of arriving ... and stay that way until the end of my trip. Classic. If this were a post it'd be at No. 1 for Post of The Year. All 23 hours of it thus far.

2 years ago i stayed in the sahara for the low rate and one of the last original hotels on the strip so i wanted to experience that.not really to great of a place but like nutn i go to gamble not sit in the room.i will give their poker room a 2 thumbs up tho had really good luck and enjoyed the play.after one of the tournaments i was in ,i was talking to the td and he told me they encourage people to come there to learn the game for lower buy ins and decent payouts.last year the wife was with me so we stayed at the flamingo, mid strip.definetly the place to stay is mid strip.just my 2 cents.

Best deal in town is at the Hard Rock. Head in to the resturaunt and ask for the Gamblers special. Its not on the menu, it's steak and shrimp for $5.99.

Last time in Vegas was 2.5 years ago (need a trip this summer) with the wife and we stayed at the Bellagio. Great location but very expensive to gamble at and a high number of the clientele put a plastic surgeons kid through college (had a real good room rate though). I highly recommend stopping in to check the place out but I don't recommend staying there for the average Joe. Some friends stayed at Bally's (right across the street) and were very happy with their room.
