My Story:

I ordered the Desjgn cards in green and black, when I received my cards they were green and blue.  One email asking how they wanted me to send back the incorrect cards and asked about replacements was replied to instantly.  They apologized and sent out the cards that day, I had them the next business day as well as a note telling me to keep the others that were sent in error (I gave them away as a league prize for one of our tournies).

I've browsed their website numerous times.  And, the only reason I'm not a customer is that my wife has cut me off from buying any more cards.  However, I did point one of my buddies to their site when they were running specials on the Modiano Cristallo's.  It was just a couple of days and he had the cards in his hands.
